We often complain, “There isn’t time for {insert activity}” or “I just can find the time to {insert activity}”. Yes, our lives are busy and with everything on our plates, it can be tough to fit everything in.

However, as they say, “where there is a will, there is a way.”

How about I show you not one, or two, but FIVE amazing ways to add an extra 30 minutes to your day. That’s right, a full half an hour for you to read, exercise, snuggle with your kids, or just relax.
