I have a pull-out wire drawer freezer, which seems harder to organize. If I could figure out how to make a divider or 2 for it, I would be doing much better. It is full of freezer bags - of organic flour, oats, blueberries, pesto cubes, etc. I reuse the bags as much as possible - at least if it contained dry food. I like the idea of shaping cookies and flash freezing them, but in the past I have just wrapped extra dough in plastic wrap and put it in a reused (and re-labeled) freezer bag.
